About the role: As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and producing compelling social content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with our clients' brand identities. Leveraging your expertise in social trends and best practices, this role will primarily work independently to craft messaging to deliver culturally relevant content that drives awareness and engagement. What you will be doing: Ideate, plan, and produce high-quality and culturally relevant video, still, and written content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Edit and post-produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro and/or After Effects or Low-Fi editing tools for more ‘organic’ deliveries. Write compelling and concise social copy that captures attention, communicates key messages, encourages user interaction, and drives follower acquisition and retention. Stay current with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure content remains relevant and optimized for maximum reach and engagement. Be an expert on the latest social media tactics and platform features including overall best practices for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X, Threads and more. Be a resourceful creator generating engaging content independently across key platforms Develop and implement owned organic social media content across platforms. Develop and own storyboarding and scripting for your creative content Work with SCCM supervisors to build a wide range of designs for social media. Formats include motion graphics, short form video, static digital assets, animated gifs, etc. Translate (brand) project details and creative direction into concepts or design solutions. Work independently to develop graphics within technical specifications (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Pencil Pro etc). Deliver a high standard of efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and creativity.
