YOUR MISSION: Utilizes knowledge of social trends and best practices, as well as good conceptual skills, to lead the conception, creation, and production of culturally resonant social media content for brand/business target audience, including standalone projects and campaign-affiliated. Communicates and presents creative concepts to Associate Creative Director, with the guidance of the Senior Art Director. Creates presentation materials that effectively communicate creative plans to internal stakeholders, ambassador partnerships, and clients. Works with Creative Services leadership as well as PNA Marketing and BU partners to ensure feasibility of concepts and deliver culturally relevant content that drives awareness and engagement. Produces directives and electronic files for production and post-production purposes. Actively gains knowledge and experience regarding PUMA’s creative ethos, products and processes. Ensure content aligns with the company's brand and social media goals. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, and industry best practices to ensure content remains relevant and optimized for maximum reach and engagement, including general content marketing trends and creative approaches. Responsible for small projects or programs with manageable risks and resource requirements. Shoot and edit both video and stills for various social media platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging platforms. Write creator briefs, provide direction, and collaborate with influencers, photographers, videographers, designers, and other content creators as needed to enhance the creative process. Collaborate and partner with internal teams and external partners to maintain a distinct but consistent visual voice for each social channel's audience through content creation. Develop and execute a content strategy for social media, and occasionally other commercial needs, based on the list of deliverables from PNA Marketing. YOUR TALENT: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, New Media, or equivalent with strong Social Media knowledge and experience 2-4 years of experience in a Social Media role at a creative agency or in house marketing department; Commercial and/or experience in a retail environment a plus. Possess a strong understanding of various social media platforms, their unique audiences, and content requirements. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom. Strong video editing skills and must be able to shoot and create content from iPhone. Apply and perform creative skills including concepting, image and video research, ideation, and visual presentation. Knowledge of, and sensitivity to, current trends in marketing, culture, video and photography, and their application to the athletic industry. Strong oral and written communication skills in local market language, including meeting facilitation and presentations. Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives. Ability to work cooperatively with staff, share ideas and develop effective responses. Proven ability to work in rapidly changing, high growth environment.
