About the job One of our industry-leading clients in the Hospitality Industry is looking for a Content Designer to join their team remotely! This position is a 9 month contract (possibility to extend), and is 100% remote! Position Overview for the Content Designer: We are seeking an energetic and skilled Content Creator to support our social media team in the production of engaging content for our social platforms. Specifically, the Content Creator will create custom graphics, illustrations, memes, gifs and videos for our social handles. The right candidate has a passion for travel, social media and storytelling and has the ability to create innovative original content end-to-end. You will conceptualize, design, and execute creative solutions for social media that consistently and clearly communicate the company's brand identity, and positioning. You will support real-time social needs and projects that drive consumer awareness, engagement, preference, and loyalty with our company and our 22 brands as needed. The ideal candidate will have a social-first mindset, with proven experience creating social content. You possess a balanced blend of skills across design, animation, and project management. You are up on social and cultural trends, able to ideate, execute and iterate quickly with feedback from stakeholders. Required Skills for the Content Designer: Strong portfolio showing a range of experience, concepts, and visual styles. Proven ability to create for social media (specifically looking for experience with Instagram and TikTok) 3+ years Design experience, preferably in a design firm, advertising, or in-house creative department Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite Understanding of social media management and listening tools such as Sprinklr and Brandwatch Experience working with a marketing department or social media team, understanding of business objectives and ability to find creative solutions to help achieve objectives Demonstrated understanding of current social media best practices - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat Preferred Skills: Animation (AfterEffects and/or HTML5) & Video production experience Experience in hospitality or consumer brands Why IDR: 20+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Dedicated Engagement Manager who is committed to you and your success Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 7 years in a row Posted on Feb 27, 2024.
