The Content Creator is a dynamic hybrid role that will blend multiple content-building skill sets culminating in a flow of value-add content. The Creator will plan and execute a stream of electrical & connectivity focused content that includes images and video s . T he Creator will need to develop relevant, highly technical outputs . This role is perfect for a former influencer looking to take on a new challenge. The IDEAL candidate has the passion for and the ability to regularly shift from creating trending short-form TikToks to capturing highly polished, professional, and beautifully lit content. The position reports to the Creative Lead at IDEAL Industries Corporate. Responsibilities Responsibilities Implement and own an on-going content flow of video s and photo assets for the IDEAL Electrical , Anderson Power , Enatel and Corporate Communications audience s that ladder up int o broader business initiatives . Photoshoot planning that includes storyboarding , talent coordination, wardrobe / propping, scheduling , lighting set-up, and test shots. Capture and postproduction of engaging, polished, on-brand and relevant photography and short & long form video content with a regular creation cadence to support social media, email, website,  catalog  and live events etc. Utilize the existing team process & known business objectives to plan, manage, and deliver upon outputs. Manage the Content Studio which includes gear needs, inventory, and organization. Partner with the Digital Data Analyst to understand analytics and optimize content based on KPIs. Qualifications Qualifications BA or MS in Photography or Videography (or related field) or demonstrated content creation or influencer background . 2-3 years’ experience capturing and editing static and motion content in a professional setting. High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. High proficiency in propping, staging and lighting. High proficiency in post-production for both static and motion.
