Overview Are you looking to get into a marketing role after graduation and hoping to get a step above with an internship? We are looking for a Content Creator Intern to write and publish various types of content for our company’s digital channels along with our full-time team members. In this role you would get experience working with platforms such as websites, social media, email, and any new channels of growth. In this role you will also be responsible for SEO research, for example; finding the key SEO terms and implementing them in the content to gain maximum exposure. Moreover, creators are expected to work simultaneously with the marketing team to maintain consistency between marketing campaigns and content published. Responsibilities Research industry-related topics Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms Create and distribute content which will catch maximum customer interest Write and review content for websites, social media channels and public communications Edit and proofread written pieces before publication Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content, achieve maximum viewership and increase site traffic Identify content needs and recommend new topics Measure / monitor company web traffic statistics and take actions accordingly to improve web traffic metrics Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with brand guidelines Update our websites as needed Qualifications Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, literature, marketing or other related fields Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role Proficiency with content management systems (e.g. WordPress) and analytics software Excellent writing and editing skills in English An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces Detail oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills Familiarity with SEO Experience with web traffic metrics, HTML and web publishing Familiar with image editing tools Please Note: You will be asked to submit samples of your work (portfolios or links to published articles.)
