CrowdDoing's Pro Bono Initiative invites you to become an Ikigai-Inspired Coach, a unique role crafted for coaches who are passionate about guiding individuals to find their 'Ikigai' - the Japanese concept of 'reason for being'. In this role, you will support volunteers and systems change partners in discovering and aligning their personal passions, skills, societal needs, and viable career paths, contributing to meaningful systemic change. Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions centered around the Ikigai framework, helping individuals uncover their unique blend of passion, mission, vocation, and profession. Facilitate self-discovery processes that enable individuals to identify and pursue paths that fulfill both personal aspirations and societal contributions. Guide participants in exploring and integrating their skills, interests, and values to find their role in systemic change efforts. Create an environment that encourages reflection, self-awareness, and the pursuit of a balanced, fulfilling life aligned with systemic change goals. Collaborate with the CrowdDoing Coaching Collective to share insights and develop Ikigai-focused coaching practices. Qualifications: Certification or extensive experience in life coaching, career coaching, or personal development, with an understanding of the Ikigai concept. Ability to guide individuals through introspective and strategic thinking processes. Excellent listening and communication skills, with a talent for inspiring and motivating diverse individuals. A commitment to ethical coaching practices, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering a supportive and empathetic coaching relationship. Company Description CrowdDoing is a joint initiative of Match4Action Foundation and Reframe It that aims to address social, economic, and environmental challenges through global multi-disciplinary volunteering, micro-leadership, and service learning. We provide a platform for individuals to connect and collaborate toward creating systemic change. CrowdDoing manages skilled volunteers, micro-leadership volunteers, multi-disciplinary volunteers, and groups of service learning volunteers through a 501c3 partnership to challenges of social innovation, the social enterprise sector, and systemic change. Role Description This is a remote volunteer role for an Ikigai-Inspired Coach for CrowdDoing Pro Bono Initiative. The Coach will be responsible for supporting the development of an ikigai-inspired volunteer program for CrowdDoing, coaching and mentoring volunteers on finding their perfect role, and providing guidance on self-determination theory. The Coach will also be responsible for collaborating with the team to create impactful volunteer opportunities and contribute to project coordination and management. Qualifications Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals Understanding of ikigai and self-determination theory Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the social innovation or social enterprise sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related field Company Description CrowdDoing.world is a platform that seeks to collaborate with professionals and volunteers from diverse backgrounds to tackle social, economic, and environmental challenges. Role Description The Ikigai-Inspired Coach – CrowdDoing Pro Bono Coaching Collective role at CrowdDoing is a remote volunteer opportunity that involves coaching fellow volunteers in a way that is inspired by the Japanese concept of Ikigai.
