About the role: As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and producing compelling social content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with our clients' brand identities. Leveraging your expertise in social trends and best practices, this role will primarily work independently to craft messaging to deliver culturally relevant content that drives awareness and engagement. What you will be doing: Ideate, plan, and produce high-quality and culturally relevant video, still, and written content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Edit and post-produce video content using Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro and/or After Effects or Low-Fi editing tools for more ‘organic’ deliveries. Write compelling and concise social copy that captures attention, communicates key messages, encourages user interaction, and drives follower acquisition and retention. Stay current with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure content remains relevant and optimized for maximum reach and engagement. Be an expert on the latest social media tactics and platform features including overall best practices for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X, Threads and more. Be a resourceful creator generating engaging content independently across key platforms Develop and implement owned organic social media content across platforms. Develop and own storyboarding and scripting for your creative content Work with SCCM supervisors to build a wide range of designs for social media. Formats include motion graphics, short form video, static digital assets, animated gifs, etc. Translate (brand) project details and creative direction into concepts or design solutions. Work independently to develop graphics within technical specifications (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Pencil Pro etc). Deliver a high standard of efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and creativity. Maintain an organized file structure What you need to be great in this role: Proficient using ‘Low-Fi’ editing tools, Canva and Capcut; Proficient in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator a plus Platform expertise and strong understanding of audience segmentation across a variety of key social platforms Creative individual with a strong attention to detail Able to present a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity and design skills, including a strong sense of typography and layout—demonstrating talent in design, composition, and color. Experience with performance metric dashboarding tools Ability to assess metric performance data and leverage data to improve content performance Experience utilizing/prompting Gen AI platforms a plus 5+ years experience generating engaging social content required At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $70,000 to $80,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package.
