Primary Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to: Manage social media accounts and cover social media at events Manage social media selling and cover end to end selling on social media Design and post marketing materials, using Photoshop and Illustrator, ensuring alignment to brand standards Conduct field market research and deliver information to all key stakeholders including weekly reporting on social media initiatives and ROI Partner with team in all aspects of social media marketing including event coverage and promotions, brand and sales, ads and ecom platforms, and social campaign development Manage the social media calendar and prioritization for marketing collateral development Support the marketing team with overflow brand design materials Travel to various events including photo and video shoots, Pop-Up stores, trade shows, and other cheerleading events as required Travel up to 40% is required, based on seasonality of sport and events calendar Desired Skills and Experience: 3-5 years of Social Media Marketing experience REQUIRED Content Creation skills a MUST like Video, editing, music etc Advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are a REQUIREMENT Experience in the All-Star cheerleading industry is REQUIRED Experience in the cheerleading industry is REQUIRED Must be creative, detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks and successfully meet multiple deadlines Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment is critical Ability to build and implement procedures related to cheerleading social initiatives 4 year college degree in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field Must be proficient with Excel, Word & Power Point Must have a high energy level and professional appearance and be incredibly passionate about Cheerleading!
